Abstract
The actions of organizational members who do not serve with heart,
the interaction of organizational members who do not serve with heart,
and the activities of organizational members who do not serve with their
hearts, still often occur in unwira. This then has an impact on a poor
control environment in unwira organizations, where actions that are less
serving ultimately have an impact on reduced commitment to integrity
and ethical values in the organization, reduced independent attitudes in
monitoring performance, mismatch of duties and functions in
the organization, lack of support. in developing competent individuals
within the organization, and a lack of awareness in creating adequate
internal controls within the organization. The gap that occurs will then
hinder the organization from achieving its goals and decreasing
the existence of the organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze
the internalization of values carried out by heart in the voluntary
organization which is part of the organizational culture of the
order-taking in the environment of the controlling organization.
The value of "serving with heart" in unwira is an organizational culture
that shapes the behavior of organizational members in order to achieve
the goals of the unwanted organization. The method used in this research
is descriptive qualitative analysis method using case studies. The results
of this study indicate factors other than internalizing the value of
"serving with heart" there are other factors that also contribute to
the environment controlling unwira. The results of this study indicate
that not everyone in the control environment is influenced by the
internalization value of serving by heart. Researchers found several other
factors that influence the environment of organizational control such
as: self-concept, perception, spiritual capital, reward and punishment
as well as leadership style, which are also other factors that influence
the environmental conditions controlling Unwira.
